The goal of this page is to give you some information about our tow vehicle, which is a 2006 Jeep Rubicon Unlimited. We tow our vehicle with all four wheels down with a Blue-Ox tow bar. The Jeep makes for a great tow vehicle, high clearance, 4 wheel drive, small but comfortable, and it will go most anywhere. Notice I did not say anything about good gas mileage!
We have put a 4 inch lift kit and 33x16 tires on the Jeep, both have helped with the ride, noise, and handling. We also added a Wilderness rack to the top of the Jeep, to give us room to carry extra stuff, extra fuel cans, ax and shovel, and our canoe. All the after factory work was done in Northern California at Four Wheel Perfection. Please contact Rob if you need anything done to your Jeep fourwheelprfctn@yahoo.com, he is located in Santa Rosa, CA. (707) 588-9945.
